We are a partnership of translators from the United States and Argentina offering professional translations from English to Spanish and Spanish to English. In addition to our translation services, we also provide editing, proofreading and copywriting services for English language documents. We strive to use neutral Spanish in our translations to target a broad Spanish-speaking audience; however, if your text needs to be localized to a specific market, we will work to tailor the document to your audience. All of our English translations are written in Standard American English.

Turnaround Time
Turnaround time depends on the number of words, style of language (e.g. technical language or jargon) and format desired. Our average daily output is 2,000-2,500 words, but we must also factor in additional time for terminology research and proofreading.

We only translate into our respective native languages.
We will never accept any work if we feel that it is beyond our capacity.
Sensitive information contained within your documentation will not be disclosed to any other parties. If you wish, we can sign a confidentiality agreement.

Our translation and proofreading rates are highly competitive. They vary based on factors such as the number of words contained within the source document and the complexity of the material. In order to provide you with a reliable and accurate quote, we request that you send us as much information as possible about your requirements (i.e. desired format of the finished document, delivery deadline, etc). Please attach the file you wish to have translated or an excerpt of the text. We will contact you with a quote within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry.

Katie Alley is a native English speaker from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. She received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Her knowledge of Spanish is derived from formal schooling, independent study, travel and residency abroad in Spanish-speaking communities. Prior to her career in translation, Katie worked in the field of brain injury rehabilitation at MossRehab Hospital in Philadelphia, professional experience that serves her well when providing medical and health care translations. Katie has been working as a full-time freelance translator since 2007.

Daniel Martínez is a native Spanish speaker from Necochea, Buenos Aires, Argentina. He received the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata in Mar del Plata, Argentina. His knowledge of English is derived from formal schooling and independent study. Daniel has been working as a part-time freelance translator since 2007. In addition to translation, Daniel provides custom web applications for small businesses.
